Step 2, Build

We build the workflows in sequence, starting with the highest-impact gaps identified in the Revenue Evaluation. Every workflow is tested before it is handed over. We use governed, auditable platforms so every agent action is logged, human-in-the-loop at consequential points, and role-based so the right people see the right things.

Step 3, Deploy

We deploy the complete system. Tools configured and connected. Workflows running in production. Custom apps live. Integrations tested. The system runs before we call the engagement complete.

Step 4, Hand Over

You receive the complete operating manual, the architecture map updated to reflect everything built, and a handover session with your team. You own the system completely. We are available for ongoing support but you are not dependent on us to keep it running.
